1. PACT Act & Regulatory Compliance

Due to federal regulations under the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, major national postal carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx) are restricted from transporting electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS).

Private Carrier Network: All AC Vape orders are shipped using ATF- and PACT Act-compliant regional private carriers.

Adult Signature Required (21+): Federal law mandates that an adult (21 years of age or older) with a valid government-issued photo ID must be present to sign for the package upon delivery.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

Order Processing: Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on federal holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Delivery Timelines: Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your regional location relative to our fulfillment hubs.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery state and order weight.

Adult Signature Fee: A mandatory federal Adult Signature fee (typically $5.00–$7.00) is automatically applied at checkout to cover identity verification upon delivery.

Free Shipping Threshold: We offer Free Shipping on orders over $80 USD (excluding state excise taxes and signature fees).

4. State Restrictions & Shipping Exclusions

We continuously monitor state and local flavor bans and delivery restrictions. Currently, we do not ship tobacco or flavored vape products to states or jurisdictions where local laws prohibit online ENDS sales or flavor categories (e.g., California, San Francisco, New York state flavor restrictions, etc.). Checkout will be automatically blocked if your shipping address resides in a restricted jurisdiction.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our warehouse, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier portal.
